Please Check Your Email For Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email from us for your session. If in case you don't, please check your Promotions tab or Spam folder if you do not see an email in your Primary Mail box. Then Move our email into the primary so you don't miss out on any valuable information.

We are open Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 10 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm. 

Book Your Sessions With Me By Contacting me

Get all your sessions booked by contacting me at (646)288-8360 or emailing me at [email protected] . If for some reason I don't answer immediately, it may be that I'm in a session or in an important meeting but rest assured that helping you is very important to me. Please have grace on me while I reply to you as soon as I can. Thank you ahead of time.

Refunds and session refunds policy

There is a 3 day refund grace period in case you accidently purchased personal training sessions. If you are within the 3 day grace period, we will honor your refund request but please note that it may take a few days for the payment to process through into your account. 

In addition, we do not offer refunds after your initial 3 day grace period and are subject to the Agreement you accepted at the time of purchase.  For more information regarding your agreement, please see the "Agreements" section located in the Terms and Condition.
